Shipping policy

StargazeWorks products are made to order and shipped from Tahoe Vista, California.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States. Checkout confirms whether delivery is available to your address before payment.

Processing time

Orders are made to order and normally dispatch within 1–3 business days after payment. Processing and dispatch take place Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. If an order will take longer, we will contact you by email.

Shipping services, time, and cost

Standard shipping is estimated at 3–5 business days after dispatch and costs $8, or is free when the order subtotal is $70 or more.

Express shipping is estimated at 1–2 business days after dispatch and costs $15.

The complete shipping cost and estimated delivery date are shown at checkout before payment. Delivery dates are carrier estimates and are not guarantees.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we email it after the shipping label is created.

Address changes and delivery problems

Contact us as soon as possible if your shipping address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee an address change after an order has shipped.

If an order arrives damaged or appears lost, email david@stargazeworks.com with your order number and, for damage, photographs of the package and product.
