These terms apply to stargazeworks.com and purchases made through it. StargazeWorks may be contacted at david@stargazeworks.com.

Products and fitment

We sell made-to-order, 3D-printed telescope accessories. Products are made for the telescope model shown on the order.

Compatibility is model-specific. If your telescope is not listed on a product page, contact us before ordering. Fitment and manufacturing issues are covered by our Return and Refund Policy.

Prices, payment, and order acceptance

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. The final total, including applicable shipping and taxes collected by us, is shown at checkout before payment.

Orders remain subject to acceptance and availability. If we cannot fulfill an accepted order, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

Product images and color

Product images may include photographs and digital renders. Color and surface texture may vary slightly because of screen settings, filament batches, and the 3D-printing process.

Safe use

Our products are plastic telescope accessories. They are not load-bearing products, optical elements, or solar filters.

Never use a StargazeWorks product as eye or camera protection when observing the Sun. Solar observation requires a purpose-built solar filter appropriate for the telescope.

Intellectual property and compatibility names

Purchasing a physical product does not grant a license to copy or manufacture its design.

Telescope manufacturer and model names are used only to identify compatibility. StargazeWorks is not affiliated with or endorsed by those manufacturers.

Policies and mandatory rights

Our Return and Refund Policy and Shipping Policy form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.

These terms are governed by California law to the extent permitted by applicable law.
