Focus and protect your Seestar S30 Pro with a telephoto dew shield, two Bahtinov masks and a fitted dust cap.

Why this kit

A straightforward kit for telephoto sessions. The plain cylindrical shield extends 50 mm beyond the telescope lens surround, helping screen the lens from nearby side light and exposure to the night sky.

What’s included

  • Plain 50 mm telephoto-only dew shield, with direct scope fitting
  • Bahtinov focusing mask for the telescope
  • Bahtinov focusing mask for the front of the shield
  • Full-contour dust cap for the telescope

How to use it

Fit the shield directly to the main-camera bore. Use the matching Bahtinov mask to check focus, then remove it before normal imaging. Both fitting versions are included, so you can focus with or without the shield. The dust cap fits the telescope for storage.

Choosing your shield

This cylindrical shield is intended for telephoto sessions. It can obstruct part of the wide-camera view and does not cover the wide lens. Choose the Complete or Premium dual-camera kit when you want to switch between cameras while leaving a hood over both.

Finish and identification

The dust cap has a flush Titan Gray SW logo on its black outer face. Brand and SKU markings sit on the hidden faces of the masks and cap.

Fit and material

For the ZWO Seestar S30 Pro only. Black, carbon-fiber-reinforced PETG (PETG-CF), made as a finished 3D-printed accessory set. Fine layer lines are part of the printed finish. Friction-fit mounting; no magnets or metal fasteners are required. This is a StargazeWorks accessory, not a ZWO-made product.
